As an ASID certified Interior Designer with over ten year’s experience in residential and commercial Interior Design, I offer a detailed and highly organized strategic approach to any sized project. I am available for remodels, additions, and new constructions. I follow professional phases of design development to help you a achieve a finished space you are proud to call your own. My services include space planning, construction documents, renderings, color consultations, finishes and fixture selections, furniture selections, styling, exterior design, and construction oversight. My design process works in a four-step system of conceptualization, development, documentation, and implementation. Current packages offered below.
The Brain Stormer. Sometimes we just need a listening ear. If you have a few questions about decor or remodel ideas you’d like some direction on I offer a one hour consultation service that helps guide you through your challenges and offers you a design vision to complete your projects with a designer touch. Cost: $175/Hr
Design Development. This package is offered for the client that prefers to execute alone. Maybe you have an eye for design but need help with the development? This package includes space planning, a visual rendering, color recommendations, drawing plans, fixture + furniture recommendations. Cost: $75/Hour
Full Service Design. This package is offered to the client that prefers full professional execution of the project. Flat fee pricing is based on the complexity of the project, square footage, number of rooms, and client needs. Please contact me for a custom proposal for your specific project. Cost: Custom Proposal
